I have often thought that in a truly egalitarian world the innate differences between men and women (more verbal, more focused on people and relationships on average) would mean a majority of politicians would be women. It just makes sense!
Thanks youuu🫶 for this insightful take. I find that being a good leader is not necessarily a gender thing because as you said there have been tons of shitty female leaders. But, if a woman is willing to not try to impress her male counterparts or act 'logical' in order to fit in and be accepted then yh the world would be a better place. That's just what I think.

Great African socialist leaders like Sankara, Kwame Nkrumah, Sékou Touré etc. of course they were quickly sabotaged by imperialist male forces...
